The TPS7A6650QDGQRQ1 from Texas Instruments is a 300mA ultra-low noise LDO operating from 4-40V input with 3.3V output in a VQFN-8 package. It delivers the cleanest possible power rail for noise-sensitive RF, analog, and precision measurement applications.

The LDO uses a PMOS pass element with an ultra-low-noise bandgap reference. A noise-reduction pin allows an external capacitor to filter reference noise, achieving sub-4uVrms output noise. The high-gain error amplifier provides excellent PSRR up to 1MHz and beyond, rejecting switching converter ripple and harmonics.
