The ZMR500FTA from Diodes Inc is a 5.0V precision fixed voltage reference in SOT-23. +/-1% tolerance provides accurate reference for ADC, DAC, and power supply regulation circuits. Low operating current (~1mA) suits battery-powered and low-power instrumentation.

Bandgap or buried-zener reference circuit generates a stable 5.0V output independent of supply voltage variations and temperature. The low temperature coefficient and tight initial tolerance ensure the reference remains within +/-1% over the operating temperature range.
