LPDDR-specific power features including temperature-compensated self refresh, partial array self refresh, and deep power down mode minimize battery consumption in mobile and portable applications.

LPDDR SDRAM per JEDEC JESD209. Double data rate transfer on both DQS edges. Temperature-compensated self refresh adjusts refresh rate with temperature. PASR allows refreshing only selected banks. Deep power down disables all circuits for near-zero standby. 1.8V supply reduces power vs 2.5V DDR1.
