Working Principle
The MX25L3235E uses a NOR flash array with multi-I/O SPI interface. Quad I/O mode achieves 52MB/s read throughput at 104MHz clock. The 32Mbit capacity supports storing larger firmware images, boot loaders, and configuration data. Dual-output and quad-output read commands reduce instruction overhead for sustained transfers. 4KB sector erase enables fine-grained updates without erasing large blocks. Program suspend/resume allows interrupting a program operation to read from a different address. Security registers provide 256B OTP area for unique ID.
