The MX25U51245GMI00 is a 512Mbit 1.8V multi-I/O SPI NOR Flash memory from Macronix’s MXSMIO™ Duplex (DTR) series. It features Single I/O, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O interfaces with Double Transfer Rate (DTR) mode, providing data transfer rates up to 400MHz — making it one of the fastest serial NOR Flash devices in the industry. The device comes in a 300mil 16-SOP package, operates from 1.65V to 2.0V supply voltage, and supports industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is in production status and recommended for new designs.
