The MX25U6435F operates as a 1.8V multi-I/O serial NOR Flash memory optimized for low-voltage operation. In standard SPI mode, data transfer occurs via SI/SO pins at SCLK rates up to 104MHz. In Quad I/O mode, all four data pins (SI/SO/WP/HOLD) are used for bidirectional data transfer, providing four times the throughput. QPI mode further optimizes by allowing commands and addresses on all four I/O pins, reducing protocol overhead. The device uses 24-bit addressing for the 64Mbit capacity. Program operations support standard Page Program and Quad Page Program (4PP) modes. The internal state machine manages all program and erase operations automatically, with status available via status register polling. Program/Erase Suspend/Resume allows temporarily pausing operations to access other memory regions.
