The TPS780330220DDCR from Texas Instruments is a dual-output ultra-low-Iq LDO regulator providing fixed 3.3V and 2.2V outputs. 1uA total quiescent current is the industry’s lowest for dual LDOs, extending battery life in always-on applications. 150mA per output for MCU and sensor supplies. 60dB PSRR for clean analog rails. SOT-23-8 compact footprint.

Two independent LDO pass elements (PMOS) on one die share a common bandgap reference and bias circuit. The 1uA total Iq is achieved by minimizing bias current in the error amplifier and reference while maintaining stability and load regulation. The EN pin shuts down both outputs for system power sequencing.
