The W25Q40EWUXIE is a 4Mbit (512KB) Serial NOR Flash from Winbond operating at 1.65V to 1.95V with Standard/Dual/Quad SPI and 104 MHz clock. The EW series is the ultra-low-voltage (1.8V) variant of the W25Q family. The ultra-compact USON-8 (2x3mm) package with tape & reel packing makes it ideal for 1.8V MCU boot storage in space-constrained wearable and IoT applications.
