The 7445110 from Wurth Elektronik is a 10µH shielded wirewound power inductor from the WE-PD3 series. With 1A rated current, 450mA saturation current, and 75mΩ maximum DCR, it provides efficient energy storage and transfer in DC-DC converter applications. The magnetically shielded construction minimizes EMI coupling to nearby components. AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive use, it operates from -40°C to +125°C in a compact 6.6×4.45×2.92mm surface-mount package.

The WE-PD3 uses a ferrite core with wirewound construction enclosed by a magnetic shield. The shield contains the magnetic flux within the component, preventing coupling with adjacent traces or components that could cause EMI issues. The ferrite core provides high permeability for the specified inductance. Saturation current (450mA) is defined where inductance drops 10% from nominal. The rated current (1A) is defined by 40°C temperature rise from DCR losses.
