The BSL variant offers faster 45ns speed compared to the 70ns LL variant, suitable for applications requiring both low power and fast access.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. Read/write timing follows standard async SRAM protocol. The 45ns access time enables faster system performance while maintaining low power consumption.
