The LY62256BSL-45SLI is a 256Kbit (32K x 8-bit) low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. with 45 ns access time, 2.7V to 3.6V supply, and industrial temperature range. The BSL variant offers faster 45ns speed compared to the 70ns LL variant, suitable for applications requiring both low power and fast access.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. Read/write timing follows standard async SRAM protocol. The 45ns access time enables faster system performance while maintaining low power consumption.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
