The ZT-A30610H-10MLHR is a Jiangbolin surface-mount flyback transformer designed for isolated power conversion in DC-DC converters and PoE applications. With 10 mH inductance and 1500 Vrms minimum isolation voltage between primary and secondary windings, it provides efficient energy transfer and reliable galvanic isolation. The ferrite core construction ensures low core loss and high saturation current capability in a compact SMD package suitable for automated assembly.

The ZT-A30610H-10MLHR operates as an energy-storage transformer in flyback or forward converter topologies. During the switch-on period, the primary winding stores energy in the ferrite core’s magnetic field. When the switch turns off, the stored energy is released through the secondary winding to the output. The 1500 Vrms isolation barrier between primary and secondary provides galvanic separation for safety and noise immunity. The 10 mH primary inductance sets the magnetizing current and energy storage capability of the converter.
