The 74LS07 from TI is a hex buffer with open-collector high-voltage outputs. Each of the six non-inverting buffers can sink up to 40mA and withstand up to 30V on the output, making it ideal for level shifting and driving high-voltage loads from TTL logic levels.

Each buffer is a non-inverting driver with an open-collector NPN output transistor. When the input is high, the output transistor conducts, pulling the output low. When the input is low, the output transistor is off, and the output floats high via an external pull-up resistor to any voltage up to 30V. This enables interfacing between 5V TTL logic and higher-voltage systems.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
