The BAT54C from Nexperia is a dual common-cathode Schottky diode in SOT-23 package. Two Schottky diodes with cathodes connected. 0.24V typical forward voltage minimizes voltage drop in OR-ing and clamping applications. 30V reverse voltage and 200mA per diode for power supply OR-ing and reverse current protection.

A metal-semiconductor (Schottky) junction with majority-carrier conduction. No minority carrier storage means no reverse recovery time, enabling fast switching. The common cathode configuration is ideal for dual-supply OR-ing: two anodes connect to two supplies, the common cathode is the output. The supply with higher voltage sources the current.

1. Payment Terms

  2. Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.
