The BCM67263B0KFFBG is a 4×4 IEEE 802.11be Wi-Fi 7 MAC/PHY/Radio system-on-chip (SoC) that enables a new generation of ultra-fast access points, routers, and extenders. With support for multi-link operation (MLO), 320 MHz channel bandwidth, and 4096-QAM modulation, Wi-Fi 7 sets new performance benchmarks in terms of high throughput, low latency, and high reliability, driving next-generation consumer applications in the home. The BCM67263 device specifically supports 320 MHz channel bandwidth in the 6 GHz band, achieving a maximum PHY rate of 11.5 Gbps.

The BCM67263 integrates a full Wi-Fi 7 MAC, PHY, and radio in a single die targeting the 6 GHz band. The 4×4 MIMO radio supports 320 MHz channels for maximum throughput. The MAC implements 802.11be MLO for aggregation across multiple links, OFDMA for efficient multi-user channel access, and 4096-QAM for peak spectral efficiency. AFC coordination enables standard-power 6 GHz operation. ZeroWait DFS enables rapid channel availability checks. The chip connects to an external host processor via PCIe for data path and management.
