The DDZ9690-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a dual independent Zener diode in SOT-363 (SC-88) package. Two Zener diodes in one ultra-compact package for voltage clamping, reference, or ESD protection. ~6.2V Zener voltage with +/-5% tolerance. 300mW total power dissipation.

Each Zener diode operates independently. In reverse bias above the Zener voltage, avalanche breakdown provides a stable voltage reference. The sharp knee at the Zener voltage makes it useful for clamping and regulation. Two diodes in one package can be used as a bidirectional clamp (anti-series) or as two independent references.
