The EC103DAP is a 1A 400V sensitive gate SCR in TO-92 package. 200uA ultra-sensitive gate trigger current for direct CMOS logic drive without amplification. 1A RMS current for low-power AC switching. For overvoltage crowbar protection (triggers SCR to blow fuse on OVP), alarm bell driving, small solenoid control, and low-power lamp dimming.

PNPN four-layer structure latches on when gate current exceeds 200uA. The ultra-sensitive gate allows direct connection to CMOS microcontroller outputs (4mA sink/source >> 200uA gate trigger). Once latched, the SCR conducts until anode current drops below 5mA holding current. In AC circuits, self-commutation occurs at zero crossing. The crowbar application connects the SCR across the supply; on overvoltage, the gate is triggered, the SCR shorts the supply rail, and the fuse blows, protecting the load.

  2. Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.
