The GD32F407ZET6 from GigaDevice is a PIN-compatible alternative to the STM32F407ZET6 with 256KB SRAM (vs 192KB). Operating at 168MHz with 512KB Flash, it integrates Ethernet MAC, USB OTG, camera interface, and comprehensive peripherals for industrial and consumer applications.

The GD32F407ZET6 uses an ARM Cortex-M4 core with single-cycle FPU. The multi-AHB bus matrix enables concurrent access. Zero-wait-state Flash execution via internal cache. DMA controllers offload data transfers. Power management supports Sleep, Stop, and Standby modes.
