IS46DR16320E-3DBLA2-TR is an ISSI IS46DR16320E 512Mb (32Mx16) DDR3 SDRAM, 1.5V, 1333Mbps, industrial grade, BGA package, tape and reel.

The IS46DR16320E-3DBLA2-TR is a IS46DR16320E DDR3 SDRAM from ISSI. It uses double data rate signaling to transfer data on both rising and falling clock edges, achieving twice the bandwidth of single-data-rate SDRAM. The 8n-prefetch architecture fetches 8 data words per read/write command, aligning with the burst length. On-die termination (ODT) reduces signal reflection. DLL-based clock synchronization ensures precise data capture. The device operates at 1.5V with a 1333Mbps data rate, supporting CAS latencies from 5 to 10.
