The LM4120IM5X-2.5/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a 2.5V precision series voltage reference with +/-0.2% initial accuracy and 10ppm/C maximum temperature drift in a SOT-23-5 surface-mount package. With only 95uA supply current and 15uVp-p low-frequency noise, it is designed for precision ADC/DAC reference and measurement applications. The output enable/disable pin allows power sequencing.

The LM4120 uses a buried-zener bandgap reference core with precision laser-trimmed thin-film resistors for +/-0.2% initial accuracy. The curvature-correction circuit compensates for the nonlinear temperature dependence of the bandgap voltage, achieving 10ppm/C max drift. A high-gain error amplifier and series pass element buffer the reference core from load variations.
