The LY62W6416BML-45SLI is a 1Mbit (64K x 16-bit) ultra-low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. with wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and 45 ns access time. The device features upper/lower byte control via LB# and UB# signals for flexible 8-bit or 16-bit bus access. Ultra-low standby current of 5 µA typical makes it suitable for battery-backed applications in both 3.3V and 5V systems.

The LY62W6416B is a fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus. LB# and UB# signals enable individual byte access: LB# low enables DQ0-DQ7 (lower byte), UB# low enables DQ8-DQ15 (upper byte). Both can be active simultaneously for full 16-bit access. Read: CE# low, OE# low, WE# high. Write: CE# low, WE# low with appropriate byte select. The wide supply range (2.7-5.5V) supports mixed-voltage system designs.
