The MLX75123RLA-ABA-000-SP from Melexis is a companion IC designed to interface with MLX75123-series ToF image sensors, providing integrated VCSEL driver, 12-bit ADC conversion, and signal processing functions. The high-current VCSEL driver (up to 4A peak) ensures sufficient optical power for long-range depth measurement. Data output via MIPI CSI-2 or SPI interface enables flexible system integration. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive ADAS and LiDAR applications.

The MLX75123 companion IC coordinates the ToF measurement sequence. It generates modulation signals for the VCSEL emitter, drives the laser with precise timing, and reads back the sensor analog output through integrated 12-bit ADCs. Digital signal processing extracts phase information from multiple demodulation samples to compute distance per pixel. The programmable modulation frequency and integration time allow optimization for different range and accuracy requirements.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
