The NCS3402DR2G from onsemi is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive dual micropower comparator in SOIC-8 package. 600nA quiescent current per comparator for always-on battery monitoring in EV and automotive applications. 1.5V-5.5V supply range for direct battery rail operation. Push-pull output eliminates external pull-up resistor. -40 to 125C Grade 1 automotive temperature range.

Each comparator has differential input and push-pull output. The 600nA IQ is achieved by sub-threshold CMOS design optimized for micropower. The 6us response time is slower than bipolar comparators but acceptable for battery monitoring and slow sensor comparison. Push-pull output actively drives high and low for clean logic transitions without external components. Input common-mode range extends 200mV beyond both supply rails for rail-to-rail comparison.
