The STM6822SWY6F from ST is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog in SOT-23-5 package. 4.63V reset threshold for 5V MCU systems. Active-low push-pull reset output with 140ms active pulse. 1.6s watchdog timeout resets MCU on software hang. 10uA supply current for always-on operation. SOT-23-5 ultra-compact footprint.

A bandgap reference sets the 4.63V threshold. When VCC drops below 4.63V, RESET asserts low. After VCC rises above 4.63V, RESET stays low for 140ms minimum (reset active timeout) before releasing. The watchdog timer starts counting on the falling edge of WDI; if WDI is not toggled within 1.6s, RESET asserts for 140ms. The push-pull reset output actively drives both high and low, eliminating the need for an external pull-up resistor.
