The THGBMJG6C8BBAIJ is a 32GB eMMC 5.1 from Kioxia integrating NAND Flash and controller in a single BGA-153 package. HS400 mode provides up to 400 MB/s throughput. Built-in ECC, wear leveling, and bad block management eliminate the need for an external NAND controller, simplifying system design. The eMMC 5.1 features include command queuing, field firmware update, and enhanced user data area, making it suitable for smartphone, automotive, and industrial applications.

The eMMC device integrates a NAND Flash array and an intelligent controller in one package. The controller manages: (1) ECC — corrects bit errors transparently, (2) Wear leveling — distributes writes across all blocks, (3) Bad block management — maps out failed blocks.
