Working Principle
The BL24C16A implements the standard 24C16 I2C EEPROM protocol with enhanced 1MHz Fast-mode Plus (Fm+) I2C speed for faster data transfers. The 2Kx8 array supports byte write and 16-byte page write. Sequential read allows continuous reading from any starting address. The device address is 1010xxx with three address bits allowing up to 8 devices on the same I2C bus. Write protect (WP) pin prevents writes to the upper memory block. The 1.7V minimum supply supports 1.8V logic rails.
