The DRV8803DWR from TI is a single full H-bridge motor driver in SOIC-16 package. 2.8A peak (1.5A RMS) for brushed DC motor and solenoid driving. 8V-36V motor supply. 500 mOhm Rds on per FET. Overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage lockout protection. PHASE/ENABLE interface for simple direction and speed control.

Four N-channel MOSFETs in H configuration drive current through the motor winding in either direction. PHASE input sets motor direction. ENABLE input controls PWM for speed control. Internal charge pump generates above-supply gate voltage for high-side N-channel MOSFETs. Current recirculation through body diodes during PWM off-time (slow decay mode).
