The 74LVC1G17GV from Nexperia is a single non-inverting Schmitt trigger buffer in SOT-753 (SC-70-5). Schmitt hysteresis cleans up slow or noisy signals with sharp, clean output transitions. 1.65V to 5.5V supply for mixed-voltage systems. Overvoltage tolerant inputs allow 5V signals on 3.3V supply.

A CMOS buffer with Schmitt trigger (positive feedback). Two distinct thresholds (VT+ and VT-) create hysteresis that prevents output chatter on slowly varying inputs. The non-inverting function preserves the input polarity at the output. Overvoltage tolerant input structure allows input voltage to exceed VCC.
