With ±0.1% tolerance and ±25ppm/°C TCR, it provides exceptional stability for precision voltage dividers, amplifier gain networks, and ADC reference circuits. The NiCrSi thin film element on alumina substrate ensures long-term stability with minimal drift. AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications, it operates from -55°C to +155°C with 62.5mW power rating.

The AT0402 series uses thin film technology where a NiCrSi (nickel-chromium-silicon) alloy is vacuum-deposited on an alumina ceramic substrate and laser-trimmed to the precise 10kΩ resistance value. The thin film process provides superior TCR (±25 ppm/°C) and long-term stability compared to thick film resistors, with minimal resistance drift over time and temperature. The precision ±0.1% tolerance is achieved through laser trimming and rigorous testing.
