With ±0.1% tolerance and ±10ppm/°C temperature coefficient, it provides exceptional stability (≤0.02% change per 1000 hours at P70) for precision analog circuits. The advanced thin film technology on cylindrical MELF construction ensures superior reliability with failure rate ≤0.05×10⁻⁹/h. Operating from -55°C to +125°C with 200V maximum operating voltage.

The UMA0204 uses a nickel-chromium thin film deposited on a high-purity alumina cylindrical substrate. The film is laser-trimmed to achieve the precise 8.25kΩ value within ±0.1% tolerance. The cylindrical MELF construction provides a homogeneous film stress distribution that minimizes resistance drift over temperature and time. The Ni barrier layer with matte Sn termination ensures reliable soldering without silver migration or leaching. The tight TCR (±10ppm/°C) is achieved through careful alloy composition and trimming optimization.
