The LMP7702MAX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a dual precision CMOS input rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier in an SOIC-8 package. With +/-220uV maximum input offset voltage, 200fA input bias current, and 9nV/sqrt(Hz) noise, it provides exceptional precision for sensor interface and instrumentation applications. The 2.5MHz GBW and 1V/us slew rate support general-purpose signal conditioning from 2.7V to 12V supply. 130dB CMRR and open-loop gain ensure high-accuracy closed-loop performance.

The LMP7702 uses VIP50 BiCMOS technology combining a precision CMOS input stage with a robust bipolar output stage. The CMOS input provides femtoampere-level bias current, while laser trimming achieves +/-220uV offset. The rail-to-rail input uses complementary NMOS/PMOS pairs with offset trimming to minimize CMRR glitch at the crossover point. The output stage swings within 40mV of either rail.
