The TPS73101DBVR from TI is an adjustable 150 mA very low noise LDO regulator with only 30 µVRMS output noise and 75 mV dropout at full load. The 72 dB PSRR makes it ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog power rails such as VCOs, PLLs, and LNAs.

Principio de funcionamiento

PMOS pass element with error amplifier and bypassed internal reference achieves ultra-low 30 µVRMS noise. An external bypass capacitor on the NR pin filters reference noise. The adjustable output is set by an external resistor divider from OUT to FB. 75 mV dropout at 150 mA allows operation from batteries near their end-of-life voltage.
