The TSH73CDT from STMicroelectronics is a 30MHz single high-speed video operational amplifier in an SO-8 package optimized for composite video signal conditioning. With 0.02% differential gain and 0.03 deg differential phase distortion, it preserves video signal integrity through the NTSC/PAL color subcarrier. The 100mA minimum output current drives two 75O back-terminated video lines simultaneously.

The TSH73 uses a complementary bipolar output stage optimized for 150O load driving (two 75O lines in parallel). The high 30MHz GBW and 70V/us slew rate ensure flat frequency response through the 5MHz composite video bandwidth. The output stage is designed to swing within 1.5V of the supply rails while maintaining low differential gain/phase distortion.
