Product Overview
The GJM1555C1H1R1BB01D is a high-Q chip multilayer ceramic capacitor from Murata’s GJM series. It features 1.1pF capacitance in a 0402 (1005 Metric) package with 50V DC voltage rating. The C0G (NP0) dielectric provides excellent temperature stability with 0±30 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, and the tight ±0.1pF tolerance makes it ideal for precision RF applications.
The GJM series is Murata’s high-Q (low loss) MLCC line optimized for high-frequency circuits. The ‘1555’ indicates 1.0 × 0.5 × 0.5mm dimensions, ‘1H’ denotes 50V rating, ‘1R1’ means 1.1pF, ‘B’ specifies ±0.1pF tolerance, and ‘B01’ is the individual specification control code. The ‘D’ suffix indicates φ180mm paper tape packaging with 10,000 pieces per reel.
