The GRM188R72A104KA35D from Murata is a 100nF 100V X7R MLCC in 0603 (1.6×0.8mm) package. 100V rating for 12V, 24V, and 48V industrial and telecom power rails. 0.1uF provides effective high-frequency decoupling for telecom DC-DC converters and PoE supplies. X7R dielectric with +/-15% stability over -55 to 125C.

Alternating nickel inner electrodes and X7R barium titanate ceramic layers stacked and co-fired. The 100V rating requires thicker dielectric layers, providing excellent voltage headroom and minimal DC bias effect at 48V applied. The 0603 footprint balances size and solder joint reliability.
