The IHLP2525CZER4R7M01 from Vishay is a 4.7uH integrated shielded power inductor in a 6.4×6.4×2.5mm package. The IHLP composite construction embeds the coil within a pressed ferrite powder body for complete magnetic shielding. 5.0A saturation current and ultra-low 18.5 mOhm DCR enable high-efficiency, high-current DC-DC conversion in server, telecom, and automotive power systems.

The IHLP (Integrated H-Inductor Low Profile) uses a pressed composite ferrite powder body that encapsulates the flat-wire coil during manufacturing. This creates a monolithic structure where the coil is surrounded by ferrite material on all sides, providing complete shielding with near-zero flux leakage. The flat wire reduces AC resistance at high switching frequency. Energy storage E=0.5*L*I^2 in the distributed air gap of the composite material.
