The INA121U/2K5 from TI is a low-power FET-input instrumentation amplifier in SOIC-8 package. 10pA input bias current for high-impedance sensor interfaces. 25uA supply current for battery-powered measurement. Gain set by single external resistor from 1 to 10000. 84dB CMRR at G=100 rejects common-mode interference. Commercial -25 to 85C temperature range.

Three-op-amp instrumentation amplifier with JFET-input op-amps for 10pA bias current. The input buffers apply differential gain while passing common-mode at unity. The output difference amplifier rejects common-mode. Gain is set by Rg between pins 1 and 8: G = 1 + 50kOhm / Rg.
