The IS43DR16640C-25DBLI-TR is a 1Gbit (64M x 16) LPDDR (Mobile DDR) SDRAM from ISSI operating at 1.8V with 400 MT/s data rate. LPDDR-specific power features include temperature-compensated self refresh, partial array self refresh (PASR), and deep power down mode, minimizing battery drain in mobile and IoT applications. Industrial temperature grade and tape & reel packing support automated assembly for high-volume production.

LPDDR SDRAM per JEDEC JESD209. Double data rate: data on both DQS edges. LPDDR-specific features: (1) Temperature-compensated self refresh adjusts refresh rate based on temperature to minimize power, (2) PASR allows refreshing only a subset of banks during self refresh, (3) Deep power down disables all internal circuits including the array for near-zero standby power. 1.8V supply reduces active and standby power compared to 2.5V DDR1.
