Product Overview
The LM5007 is a high-voltage step-down (buck) switching regulator designed for high-input-voltage applications requiring efficient DC-DC conversion. Manufactured by Texas Instruments, this monolithic regulator integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET capable of operating from input voltages up to 75V. The constant on-time (COT) control architecture provides excellent transient response and simplifies compensation design. The device features programmable switching frequency, current limit, and soft-start, making it highly versatile for a wide range of high-voltage power conversion applications.
