Product Overview
The LM96000CIMT/NOPB is a hardware monitor with integrated fan control from Texas Instruments, packaged in a 24-pin TSSOP (PW) package. It provides voltage monitoring for five supply rails (VCCP, 2.5V, 3.3VSBY, 5.0V, 12V), two remote thermal diode temperature inputs plus one local sensor, three PWM fan control outputs, and four tachometer inputs via an SMBus 2.0 interface.
