The LY62256SL-70LLI is the industrial temperature range variant of the LY62256 256Kbit low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. Operating at 3.0V to 3.6V with 70 ns access time and -40°C to +85°C temperature range, it provides fully static operation with ultra-low standby current for demanding industrial and automotive environments.

Identical to LY62256SL-70LL but qualified for industrial temperature range. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. Read/write operations follow standard asynchronous SRAM timing. Ultra-low standby current supports battery backup in extended temperature environments.
