The MKV30F128VFM10 from NXP is part of the Kinetis KV30 family designed for motor control. With a 100MHz Cortex-M4F core, dual 16-bit ADCs for simultaneous current/voltage measurement, and FlexTimers for PWM generation, it provides a complete motor control solution in a compact HVQFN-32 package.

The KV30 uses a Cortex-M4F core with hardware FPU for efficient FOC and sensorless algorithms. Dual 16-bit ADCs sample current and voltage simultaneously. FlexTimer modules generate complementary PWM with dead-time insertion for inverter drives. The PDB module synchronizes ADC sampling with PWM edges for accurate measurement.
