The ultra-compact USON-8 (3x4mm) package is ideal for space-constrained 1.8V designs. SLC technology provides high endurance for reliable code and data storage in wearable, IoT, and BLE applications.

SPI-NAND Flash with 1.8V operation. Commands sent serially via SPI; internal array is NAND-organized. On-die ECC corrects up to 8-bit errors per 512 bytes during reads. SLC 1-bit-per-cell storage provides ~100K P/E endurance. The 3x4mm USON-8 package enables the smallest possible SPI-NAND footprint.
