Product Overview
The NCF3320EHN is an NFC Forum Type 2 Tag IC with I²C and SPI interfaces from NXP Semiconductors. This highly integrated NFC tag controller supports ISO/IEC 14443 Type A RF interface and provides 1.5KB of user EEPROM memory. With dual host interfaces (I²C and SPI), the NCF3320 can be used in dynamic NFC tag applications where data is exchanged between an RF reader and a host microcontroller. Packaged in HVQFN-32, it’s ideal for IoT, wearable, and smart label applications.
