Product Overview
The PESD5V0S1UA from Nexperia (formerly NXP) is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diode designed for ESD protection of a single signal line. Packaged in a compact SOD-323 (SC-76) surface-mount package, it provides 5V reverse standoff voltage, 19V clamping voltage, and up to 890W peak pulse power. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (30kV ESD contact discharge) and IEC 61000-4-5 surge (47A, 8/20µs), and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
