The PIC16F1939-I is a 40-pin, 8-bit Flash-based CMOS microcontroller from Microchip Technology, featuring the enhanced Mid-Range core with 49 instructions and 16-level deep hardware stack. With 28KB of Flash program memory, 1024 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of data EEPROM, this MCU operates at up to 32 MHz (8 MIPS) across a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
