STB24N60DM2 is a 600V, 24A CoolMOS DM2 N-channel superjunction power MOSFET with 90mΩ RDS(on), D2PAK (TO-263-3) package for hard switching applications.

The STB24N60DM2 is a microcontroller or power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics. For MCU variants, an ARM Cortex core executes firmware from on-chip Flash with SRAM for data. Peripherals include timers, ADCs, communication interfaces (UART/SPI/I2C), and GPIO. For MOSFET variants, a vertical DMOS structure with stripe layout minimizes on-resistance while maximizing breakdown voltage. The body diode provides inherent reverse conduction. Gate charge is optimized for switching efficiency in power conversion applications.
