The STL36DN6F7 from STMicroelectronics is a dual N-channel 60V MOSFET in SO-8 package. Both channels rated 30A with low RDS(on) of ~6 mOhm. Ideal for synchronous rectification in DC-DC converters and half-bridge motor drive stages. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.

Two independent N-channel trench MOSFETs in a single SO-8 package share a common source (or independent sources depending on variant). Each channel has its own gate. In synchronous buck, one MOSFET is the control FET and the other is the sync FET. The low RDS(on) minimizes conduction losses while moderate Qg keeps switching losses manageable.
