The TJ3965S-2.5 is a 300mA low-noise LDO regulator with 2.5V fixed output. With 30uVrms output noise and 70dB PSRR, it is designed for noise-sensitive RF and analog applications. The SOT-23-5 package provides a compact solution for portable devices.

The TJ3965S uses a CMOS LDO architecture optimized for low noise and high PSRR. The output voltage is set by an internal resistor divider. The enable pin allows shutdown for power management, reducing current to below 1uA. Current limiting and thermal shutdown protect against fault conditions. The low output noise makes it ideal for powering RF LNAs, VCOs, and PLLs.
