The TLE9278BQXXUMA1 is an Infineon OPTIREG™ Multi-CAN Power+ System Basis Chip (SBC) integrating four CAN FD transceivers, a high-efficiency SMPS buck regulator (750mA), a DC-DC boost converter, and a low-dropout voltage regulator in a single VQFN-48 package. It provides the highest level of integration for automotive gateway and body control module applications.
